Job role: Weekend Receptionist
Location: Derby
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 Sunday 10:00 - 16:00
As a Showroom Host, you will welcome every customer to our Brand New State of the art dealership in Central Derby, establishing their needs before directing them to the most appropriate member of staff, ensuring that all customers are well attended to at the Dealership. You will be committed to providing excellent customer service in line with the company’s high standards and carry out professional work with enthusiasm and energy!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all guests consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Caring for and provide refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
- Assist as necessary to maximise the customers’ comfort while they are on site.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.
Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer
Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
