Job Title: Social Media Content Producer - 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract
Salary: £28,500 - £34,400 (Experience dependent)
Location: Hybrid role, with occasional travel to the office. The successful candidate should be based in the South East, East Anglia, or East Midlands
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:30pm)
Job Status: Fixed-Term-Contract (12 months)

Main Purpose of The Role:
cinch and Marshall Motor Group are looking for a Social Media Content Producer to help us create standout automotive content that stops thumbs, sparks conversation and drives genuine engagement across our consumer social channels.
This is a hands-on, fast‑paced role for someone who knows how to make cars look incredible - whether they’re parked, rolling, or flying past the camera.
What you’ll be working on
- Creating eye‑catching, platform‑native content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Shooting and producing video content featuring a wide range of cars, both static and on the move
- Coming up with bold, creative ideas that tap into social trends while staying true to the brands
- Working closely with marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life
- Travelling across the UK to capture content at dealerships, locations and events
- Owning the full content journey - from concept and shoot to final edit
Things we’d love to see
- At least 2 years’ experience creating automotive content in a paid, professional capacity
- Proven experience shooting automotive video for social media
- Proven experience editing video for social media, inc. proficiency with editing software (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
- A genuine passion for automotive culture and social media storytelling
- Strong creative instincts with plenty of ideas for engaging, scroll‑stopping content
- Confidence filming and shooting independently, often on location
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- Happy and able to travel regularly across England - particularly the South East, East Anglia and East Midlands
