Job Title: Vehicle Cosmetic Inspector 
Salary:  £31,907.20 Per Annum 
Location: Derby
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30-17:30)
Job Status: Permanent

What you’ll be working on 

Within this role, you will be working as a part of our experienced team of inspectors, who are an important part of the initial stage of the car journey before it becomes available for purchase. Your role will focus on inspecting the cars arriving to the site and assessing what cosmetic repairs will be required for each vehicle.

 Role Accountabilities:

• Carrying out cosmetic inspections to detect cosmetic damage

• Maintain all systems ensuring that adequate and appropriate records are created and maintained. 

• Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently to ensure deadlines are met

• Other ad-hoc duties may be required

• To ensure all work is completed within the time allotted.

• To develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues.

 Things we look for in you

• Experience in completing quality check inspections (Essential)

• For the insurance purpose you need to be over 21 years old and hold a driving licence for minimum 2 years (essential)

•  Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed.

•  You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers 

•  Excellent attention to detail 

• You will need to work independently on vehicles and have experience to make decisions when required
